Some salons hate it when a client comes in armed with references of styles they love. Not Salon HER. In fact, we ask you to come to your first appointment with 2-3 references of what your dream hair looks like; think cut, style and colour palette. Then, we’ll chat through the possibilities and agree on a plan.

Don’t stress, we can get you as close to your dream hair as your hair type and condition will allow. Our skilled team knows exactly how to plan for and work towards your goals while prioritising the integrity and condition of your hair. If you’re wanting true transformation, it’s important you’re open to it being an evolutionary process; transformative hair can’t always happen in one visit.

Sometimes, and despite our best efforts, we may be running a little late. If ‘a little late’ is more than 15 minutes, we will be sure to call you as soon as we are aware of the delay just as we would ask you to do the same and let us know if you are running late. Communication is key. Please be mindful that some of our appointment times are allocated in such a way that even if you're running 15 minutes late you can be eating into half of your appointment time. 

We will always be as understanding and as flexible as possible and treat this situation on a case-by- case basis. However if we are not able to rebook your appointment within 7 days of your original appointment, you will be charged 50% of your expected booking costs.

Each Salon HER expert has been hand-picked not only for their skillset and time and experience on the tools but also because of who they are as people. We offer a varied range of services and price points to suit most budgets with three levels of expertise: Master, Expert and Stylist.

Our Master Stylists are true specialists; they come with an incredible skill set and a wealth of experience. If they can’t deliver your hair dream then no one can!

Our Expert Stylists have an all-encompassing love of hair and some great runs on the board to prove it. Excellent all-rounders, your Expert will give you the transformative hair experience you’ve always longed for.

Salon HER Stylists are our home-grown talent on the rise. With solid experience under their belts already, our Salon Her environment of inspiration and collaboration ensures that the only way for our Stylists is up!

At Salon HER we passionately believe in transparency, value and delivering on our word. All our lightening services come grouped as packages so you don't have to worry about the price increasing as you add on services to fulfill your dream hair brief. Prices start at $150 for haircuts and $350 for highlights or Balayage inclusive of Gloss & Tone. All colour services also include an O&M Restorative Bonding Treatment. We’re here for you as often as you’d like to visit but ideally, we love to see our Blondes every 10-12 weeks and our Brondes every 3-5 months. 

Hair and particularly hair colour is an investment and we don’t want you to feel like you’re a slave to your regrowth or like you’re being locked into an unrealistic schedule. One of our Salon HER signatures is soft regrowth so the grow-out is not noticeable and you really can get the most out of your colour between visits . We also believe that tone should be deliberate so that you avoid going brassy over time and condition should be respected so you can have luscious hair all year long.
