Returns Policy

Accepted Forms of Payment: At Salon HER, we are pleased to accept various payment options for your convenience, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Klarna.

Order Delivery Estimates: Once you place your order, we aim to process and dispatch it within 2 business days. The actual delivery time will then be subject to the schedules of our delivery partners.

Adjusting Your Order: If you need to make changes to your order details, such as the delivery address or the items ordered, please contact us immediately at hello@salonher.com. We'll do our best to make the changes before your order is processed. However, once the order has been processed, Salon HER is not responsible for any inaccuracies provided at the time of ordering.

Domestic Shipping Policy: We currently offer shipping across Australia. Please note that international shipping is not available.

Response to Damaged or Faulty Orders: If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please get in touch with us at hello@salonher.com. Our team will assist in resolving the issue promptly, whether that involves repairing or replacing the damaged or faulty goods.

Please ensure that the item is returned in a new, unused state. We will evaluate the product upon its return and determine whether a repair or replacement is suitable. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a complete refund.

Returns and Refunds: Salon HER accepts returns solely in the case of damaged or faulty products. Other types of returns are not accepted.

Gift Card Usage: Please be aware that gift cards issued by Salon HER can only be redeemed for purchases made directly within the salon or via telephone. They are not valid for online purchases. Please note our gift cards are non refundable.
